FXCM Bullion offers individual, joint and corporate trading accounts. Depending on your selected platform, your account can be denominated in USD or HKD. The minimum deposit to open an individual/joint account is USD500/HKD5,000.
Currently, FXCM Bullion offers USD-denominated or HKD-denominated accounts to clients. While USD-denominated and HKD-denominated accounts are available for clients who trade on the TSII platform, clients who trade on the MT4 platform can only open a USD-denominated account. Please note that your account and all account activity will be denominated in your selected currency, including P/L and withdrawals.

FXCM Bullion offers individual, joint and corporate accounts for OTC Gold/Silver Bullion Trading. Please be sure to read the Client Agreement and enclose all necessary information.
We recommend that you submit your documents to our New Accounts department within 24 hours of your online application submission. Click on our "Live Chat" feature for the status of your new account setup. The following documents may be requested in accordance with your requested account type.
FOR INDIVIDUAL AND JOINT ACCOUNT HOLDERS:
FXCM Bullion requires a copy of the following for each named account holder:
- A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, government issued photo ID.
Your identification must clearly indicate your date of birth. All documents that contain an expiration date must be valid, unless stated otherwise.
Examples of this include:
- Driving licence
- Non-driver's ID
- A proof of residence dated within three months for the address indicated on the application. (PO Boxes are not acceptable.)
Please note that we are unable to accept any statement or bill that has not been received in its entirety. Information such as the billing name and address must be visible, as well as the company that has issued the bill. Your document must not be folded. Payment stubs are not acceptable, as they display limited information. Confidential information, such as an account number(s), may be removed at your own discretion. Please note that a mobile phone bill is not an acceptable form of proof of residence.
Examples of this include:
- Gas bill
- Electric bill
- Telephone bill
- Mortgage bill
- Credit card statement
- Bank statement
- Current lease agreement
You may upload your documents to www.MyFXCM.com. Simply log in using the account number and password emailed to you upon completion of the application. Documents submitted through the MyFXCM portal will be processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. If you are unable to log in, you may send a digital version of your documents via email to email@example.com or fax your documents to +852-3420-9501. Documents submitted by means of email or fax will be processed generally within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
FOR CORPORATE ENTITIES:
- Certificate of Incorporation for the business as evidence of business registration.
- Articles of Organization, or the comparable official document, indicating that the signers are members of the corporation and authorized to set up the FXCM Bullion account.
- A breakdown of the company shares showing all shareholders/beneficiaries. If any shareholder owns 25% or more of the company, we will require a government-issued photo ID and proof of residence for these individuals.

FXCM Bullion will only conduct business with a client for whom it considers such business to be appropriate and in assessing appropriateness, will rely on the information provided by the client in his/her/their application form. For this reason, it is essential that you immediately advise us in writing if there is subsequently an adverse change in the information you have provided.
Due to popular demand from our client base, FXCM is pleased to offer the MetaTrader platform. However, as MetaTrader is a third party software provider, we are unable to guarantee its performance. Most electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order routing and execution of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. When you undertake transactions on an electronic trading system, you will be exposed to risks associated with the system including failure of hardware or software. Pursuant to the terms of the Client Agreement, clients must review their account activity on a regular basis and report inconsistencies to FXCM Bullion immediately. Additionally, clients should familiarize themselves with Execution Risks as outlined on the FXCM Bullion Web site.
MT4: Accounts on the MetaTrader 4 platform have maximum account equity restrictions. Contact FXCM for details.
Important Information: Please be sure to type or clearly print your e-mail address on the New Account Agreement, as this will be the medium used to contact you following the receipt of the application.
Within 24 hours of the receipt of your application you will receive an e-mail with an update on the status of your account. If we are unable to verify your identity the e-mail will include details on how to complete your application.
FXCM takes strong measures to prevent identity theft and will report any instances of attempted identity theft, fraud or other criminal activities to the authorities.
